I am loving this take on the traditional Christmas decoration in Hudson Square NYC. Just outside our hotel the Trump SoHo the lighting posts had been decorated with neon cable ties to create a festive art installation named 'Flaming Cactus'.

Whilst in New York I paid a visit to Barneys as I always do, but this year they were hosting Gagas workshop on the 5th floor and had dedicated their store windows to the pop icon. The workshop sold a whole range of products from candy to cosmetics, clothing to games all designed by Gaga herself with a percentage of the proceeds going to her Born This Way Charity.
I know its a little late in the day to post these but my feet have only just hit the ground, so here are some of the stunning New York Holiday 2011 displays.

On my recent visit to New York I picked up a bottle a Sephora - OPI glitter nail polish in 'Traffic Stopper Copper'. I have been lusting after this stunning rose gold glitter top coat for some time, and now I have a bottle nestling safely on my dressing table. I will be applying this shortly and will post a picture of what it looks like when all freshly manicured.

Printemps the Parisian department store is showcasing a Chanel Christmas window display named ‘dreams of escaping ‘ it shows Karl going all over the world, from Venice to Moscow, passing through Paris and Beverly Hills. I am loving the mini Karl's and the Thunderbird style Chanel clad puppets. A must see for any Chanel fan.

It looks like London may be giving New York City a run for its money with these stunning window displays. I am loving how each of the windows have a cool, icy, winter wonderland theme, perfect for the holiday season.
