Marni for H&M Lookbook

I cannot wait for the launch of the Marni for H&M collection next month. If I did not know already I would have thought that this was a RTW line from Marni. The Marni aesthetic is there with the bold, graphic prints, sludgy colour palette and chunky perspex and crystal jewels. As a huge Marni fan rest assured I will be in line for some of the pieces from this collection which I will post later. Marni for H&M launches in selected stores and online on March 8th 2012

During fashion month my addiction with street style and seeing what the uber stylish show-goers are wearing has become more of an obsession than checking out what is new on the runways. I love seeing how prints, textures and colours are put together in combinations you would never consider whilst dressing yourself. Here are some of my favourites.

Victoria Victoria Beckham Presentation Spring / Summer 2012

This evening I attended the exclusive launch at Harvey Nichols, London of the Spring/Summer 2012 Victoria Victoria Beckham collection with Ali aka @Nauticoco. Victoria attended the event herself and was very charming, making time to stop and chat and have photos taken with all the guests. It was rather an intimate and sophisticated affair with just 60 guests, dusky pink roses and at least 10 giant Lime Basil and Mandarin Jo Malone candles fragrancing the area. Whilst sipping champagne and eating artfully constructed canapes models walked around the cordoned off area showing the cute dresses from the collection. Victoria herself was wearing a dress from her Fall/Winter 12-13 collection with boots by Walter Steiger.

Love Her Look: Anna Wintour

This image of Anna Wintour has just caught my eye, I am loving her caramel and honey hi-lighted hair with her layered chunky jewel necklaces finished off with what I would describe as a tiger stripe fur. There is just something about Anna's impecable style that I love.

Pyjama Pants for Fall 2012

It looks like silk patterned pyjama pants are going to be still around come Fall 2012 if 10 Crosby Derek Lam is anything to go by. If this makes you feel chilly just make sure you team them with a chunky knit or a fabulous fur.

This Spring Summer is all about pretty pastels and sugar almond shades so Chanel 'Skyline' nail polish is the shade we will all be wearing.
