Chanel Mat Top Coat

I love a Chanel product as you may well see from my previous posts...... So, when I stumbled across the new Mat Top Coat on the web I was excited to see that Chanel are doing something new with their nail polish range. Apply this top coat over any nail polish (preferably Chanel though) and it gives a stunning velvet like finish. It is available as part of the Fall 2011 make-up collection and will be in stores from October 2011.
