Prada Candy Fragrance

I can't wait to smell the latest and third fragrance from Prada, Candy will be released in the US in September and then rolled out throughout Europe thereafter. It is said to smell like caramel (my favourite candy) and comes in a pretty Art Deco inspired bottle with a cartoon style illustration created by illustrator Francois Berthoud on the fushia pink box.

Yes, I know, these colourful fur stoles are from the Spring/Summer 2011 Prada runway but this look can easily be carried across to Fall / Winter to brighten up those dreary, cold days.

Details - Sequins & Paillettes

If there is one thing guaranteed to add impact to any outfit it is sequins or paillettes. So long as they are not gold or silver metallic I am sold. For Fall 2011 the biggest and best sequins were seen on the Prada and Louis Vuitton runways, over sized matte diamond shapes and huge round transparent sequins added a futuristic edge to each collection.

Milan - Window Shopping

Having just returned home from a trip to Milan I thought I would post some images of the window displays showcasing the new seasons collections. These include Prada, Stella McCartney, Celine and a rather gorgeous display at Cacharel (I just love the nude and yellow combo in this window display). Unfortunately in Milan the shop staff do not allow photos to be taken in store, however, I managed to sneak a photo of the fall Miu Miu jewel handled handbags.
