To celebrate 20 years as the worlds most recognised shoes, Christian Louboutin the man famous for our beautiful, glossy lacquered red soles has re-issued 20 of his iconic shoe designs and 6 handbags which embody his inimitable style and craftmanship. The range is available exclusively to Selfridges, London until Saturday 1st April 2012. To celebrate, Selfridges have dedicated part of their window space to the designer (see below).

Christian Louboutin has taken height to the next level producing a pair of eight-inch, red-soled pointe shoes.
Modeled on the ballet shoe, the towering nude silk and Swarovski-encrusted heels are due to be  auctioned off along with a number of other fashion wares to raise funds for the English National Ballet.

Louboutin Lookbook Fall /Winter 2011-12

Christian Louboutin and photographer Peter Lippman have teamed up again to create Louboutins Fall/Winter 2011-12 Lookbook. The seven images are reminisent of classic portrait paintings and feature some of his new shoe and bag collection.
